Preorders
♢ Preorders are for the purpose of funding production and estimating inventory. Preorders are guaranteed to be inspected, A grade products. Extra inventory is ordered in the case of lower grades.
♢ Preorders ship when product arrives and have been inspected. Depending on the amount/designs ordered, this may take up to 1 month+ in order for me to verify proofs prior to production and get it delivered to myself for distribution. Please only order if you understand the wait!
Shipping
♢ At this time, I cannot ship to Germany due to LUCID. UK/EU customers please use etsy due to VAT policies. Orders made here by UK/EU customers will be canceled.
♢ I am based in the USA and ship items out every week, sans holidays. I use USPS, arrival times typically take up to 1 week within the states. Please allow additional time (1-4 weeks+) for international packages.
♢ Once a shipment is sent out, it is no longer in my hands and is the responsibility of the courier. If there is trouble with your package, please contact your local mail service and check tracking first.
♢ International customers are responsible for any customs fees or taxes as required by their country.
♢ Due to Covid-19, some shipping times may be affected (this is as stated by couriers).
Refunds / Cancellations / Returns
♢ Once an item is stated as "delivered," you have 10 days to request a refund with provided evidence of product fault. I prepare packages in standard shipping mailers/boxes with bubblewrap for protection.

Sometimes packages can be marked as "delivered" before actually arriving at their destination. In this case, please give the package a day or two to arrive.
♢ Orders cannot be cancelled once they are shipped. If you need to cancel, please contact me within 24 hours of placing an order.
♢ Please review all info during checkout/shipping as I am not responsible if addresses or names are incorrect due to customer error. If you need to change an address or other information, please inform me within 24 hours of placing an order. If customer error occurs and I must resend a package, the customer is responsible for shipping cost.
♢ Returns are accepted but the buyer is responsible for the shipping costs and any loss in value if the item is not in original condition.

♢ This is a one person run shop! I will do my best to make sure orders are expedient and go as smoothly as possible but if there are any issues or concerns, please feel free to contact me.
♢ I will only use provided data for shipping purposes, such as phone numbers required for international packages.
♢ All products are my own transformative artwork.

Germany - Verpackungsgesetz (LUCID Packaging Register)Germany's Packaging Act "VerpackG" imposes requirements on online retailers selling to buyers in Germany. The Packaging Act promotes recycling and reuse of packaging materials (e.g. cardboard boxes, tape, and bubble wrap).
My brand (Brahkest) is registered at the Packaging Register of the Stiftung Zentrale Stelle Verpackungsregister (Foundation Central Agency Packaging Register – ZSVR) with registration number DE5187628405487. My Dual System Licensing partner for the collection, sorting & recycling of the packaging is ACTIVATE by RECLAY.
As consumer please ensure that all received packaging is separated, reused and/or disposed of in the right recycling containers, at home or locally.
