FAQ

Preorders

♢ Preorders are for the purpose of funding production and estimating inventory. Preorders are guaranteed to be inspected, A grade products. Extra inventory is ordered in the case of lower grades.

♢ Preorders ship when product arrives and have been inspected. Depending on the amount/designs ordered, this may take up to 1 month+ in order for me to verify proofs prior to production and get it delivered to myself for distribution. Please only order if you understand the wait!

Shipping

♢ At this time, I cannot ship to Germany due to LUCID. UK/EU customers please use etsy due to VAT policies. Orders made here by UK/EU customers will be canceled.

♢ I am based in the USA and ship items out every week, sans holidays. I use USPS, arrival times typically take up to 1 week within the states. Please allow additional time (1-4 weeks+) for international packages.

♢ Once a shipment is sent out, it is no longer in my hands. If there is trouble with your package, please contact your local mail service and check tracking first. I am happy to work with you if there is something wrong with a package regardless because I know mail services bungle things up occasionally so please feel free to message me anytime.

♢ International customers are responsible for any customs fees or taxes as required by their country.

♢ Due to Covid-19, some shipping times may be affected.

Refunds / Cancellations / Returns

♢ Once an item is stated as "delivered," I will not do refunds. All items are inspected prior to shipping so once they are sent out, I am not responsible for damages that occur during shipping or by the carrier. I prepare packages in standard shipping mailers/boxes with bubblewrap for protection.

  • Sometimes packages can be marked as "delivered" before actually arriving at their destination. In this case, please give the package a day or two to arrive.

♢ Orders cannot be cancelled once they are shipped. If you need to cancel, please contact me within 24 hours of placing an order.

♢ Please review all info during checkout/shipping as I am not responsible if addresses or names are incorrect due to customer error. If you need to change an address or other information, please inform me within 24 hours of placing an order.

♢ Returns are accepted but the buyer is responsible for the shipping costs and any loss in value if the item is not in original condition.

Other

♢ This is a one person run shop! I will do my best to make sure orders are expedient and go as smoothly as possible but if there are any issues or concerns, please feel free to contact me.

♢ I will only use provided data for shipping purposes, such as phone numbers required for international packages.

♢ All products are my own transformative artwork.

♢ Product Misc:

  • If your charm/standee appears foggy/scratched, please peel off the protective plastic film! I will peel a small lip of it up for you for ease of removal.
  • Standees may appear foggy after some time displayed, especially in the sun or dusty places. This can be fixed by wiping down with a cloth.
  • Standees may require some force to stick into the base.
  • Shaker charms with glitter *will* have the glitter/sequins get stuck along the edges. Unfortunately that is the nature of those types of additions so I use the glitter for the aesthetic rather than actual shaking. They may also get stuck to the acrylic pieces.
